Morgan L. Stogsdill

Morgan L. Stogsdill is the Head of the Family Law Group at Beermann LLP in Chicago, counseling high-profile clients who require the utmost attention and confidentiality. Morgan has been featured in the New York Times and on various news outlets related to her work in family law and she is accustomed to managing complex cases with high standards and expertise.

Morgan may be a tenacious litigator, but her ultimate goal is to do whatever is needed to gain the best outcomes for her clients and the children involved. As a mother herself, Morgan is well aware of what it takes to maintain the integrity of a family. In fact, Morgan started this podcast to help people around the world navigate the complicated, nuanced, and emotionally-trying process of divorce.

In addition to being featured in the New York Times and on Windy City Live, Morgan’s honors include being named one of the “40 Under Forty Attorneys to Watch in Illinois” by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, “Most Influential Women Lawyers in Chicago” by Crain’s Chicago, and “The Top 10 Women Attorneys in Illinois” by Emerging Lawyers.

When Morgan isn’t with her family or clients, she lifts weights to keep her sanity. Obsessions include olives (the girl eats a lot of olives), good Bourbon, fashion, skincare, and waiting for Amazon to deliver something. Anything.
